Lett is a place for creating quick, healthy, fresh and affordable food.
We are delighted to work with Knut and Sebastian from Lett, They are some true entrepreneurs; wanting to give the fast moving people of Oslo (and eventually Norway) healthy options.
Working closely with graphic design studio Bielke+Yang, we created a unique dining experience unlike any other currently in Oslo. We wanted to give the place a natural design, using a few selected materials in combination with subtle details.
Meet the new jury captain
We are proud to announce that Jan have agreed to serve on The Award for Design Excellence Jury the next 3 years. ”I’m honoured to be serving as the jury captain for the Service Design category, and along with an exceptional jury — made up of some of the best designers and industry pros in the field — we’ll be evaluating the best service design work from all of Norway”
The Award for Design Excellence is a leading award for design in Norway and is given to both manufacturers and designers who have cooperated on the development of products and services.
Hot off the presses!
We’ll be appearing in Bon Appetit’s biggest issue of the year — December 2014! As one of North Americas best known and respected food and lifestyle magazines (they’ve been around since 1954) with a readership of almost 1.6 million to say we’re excited to be included is an understatement!
The article will feature the outdoor lunch we made for the Bon Appetit crew shooting a snowy Norwegian Christmas story made by Food Studio in February — make sure you pick up a copy!
Change is good!
We’ve changed office space! It may have taken some time, and many bus, tram and subway rides, but we’ve found a new home at Vibesgate 11 and we couldn’t be happier! It’s a converted retail space, with an open floor to ceiling store front, great on those long summer days (hopefully).
